A sales assistant for Dynamics 365 reps.ShiftRight CRM Assist, with Meera
Update your Dynamics 365 opportunities in one fast grid, see which deals need attention, and ask about your pipeline in plain words. CRM Assist uses the Dynamics 365 login you already have, so there is nothing for IT to set up.
Every account starts with a free trial. Your deals stay in Dynamics 365.

Why reps put off CRM updates
Keeping Dynamics 365 current usually means opening each opportunity, editing a few fields, saving and going back, deal after deal. So updates pile up until the night before the pipeline review, and the forecast is only as good as the last time someone had an hour to spare.
CRM Assist is built for the rep doing that work. It does not replace Dynamics 365: it is a faster way to read and update the data that is already there.
What it does in Dynamics 365
- A fast grid for your pipeline. Change stages, amounts, close dates and next steps across many opportunities at once.
- Flags deals that need attention. Close dates that have passed, missing next steps or amounts, and deals that have gone quiet are marked on the grid.
- Answers questions about your pipeline. Ask “What needs my attention this week?” or “Which deals close this month?” and get the answer from your live data.
- Changes only what you approve. Meera drafts notes, tasks, contacts and deal updates, shows you the change, and saves it only when you say yes.
Compared with editing records
| Task | In Dynamics 365 forms | With CRM Assist |
|---|---|---|
| Update stage, amount, close date and next step on ten opportunities | Open each opportunity form, edit, save, go back | Edit them in one grid, then save |
| Find opportunities that need attention | Build or adjust a view with filters | Past close dates, missing next steps or amounts, and quiet deals are flagged for you |
| Answer “what closes this month?” | Filter a view or run a report | Ask in plain words and get the answer from your live data |
| Log a note or task after a meeting | Open the record and add an activity | Type one line; review the change; approve to save |
CRM Assist reads and writes your existing Dynamics 365 records. Your company’s security roles still decide what each rep can see and change.
How to set it up
- Add the Chrome extension. It uses the Dynamics 365 login you already have.
- Choose your CRM login. Confirm with a 6-digit code sent to the email on your CRM user. Your password is never shared.
- Clean up and ask. Work through the flagged deals, or press Ctrl+K and ask Meera.
Use it from Claude or ChatGPT
CRM Assist also connects to Claude, ChatGPT and other apps that support MCP (Model Context Protocol). Once connected, you can ask your AI assistant about your Dynamics 365 pipeline or have it draft updates, which you still approve before anything is saved.
Questions
Does my IT team need to set anything up?
No. The Chrome extension uses the Dynamics 365 login you already have, so there is nothing for IT to install or configure.
Is my Dynamics 365 password shared with ShiftRight?
No. You confirm your CRM login with a 6-digit code sent to the email on your CRM user. Your password is never shared, and your deals stay in Dynamics 365.
Will it change records without asking?
No. CRM Assist drafts notes, tasks, contacts and deal updates and shows you the change. It saves to Dynamics 365 only when you approve.
Can I use it from Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. CRM Assist connects to Claude, ChatGPT and other apps that support MCP, so you can ask about your pipeline or draft updates from your AI assistant.
